Two Declarations of Faith:

• Righteousness declared: Matthew 1:18-22 & Jer. 23:5-6

The LORD our righteousness

Prophets proclaimed righteousness pursued by faith.

• Rescue declared: Matthew 1:21-25 & Isaiah 7:14

He will save his people from their sins

Angels announced rescue accepted by faith.
