Two Activities of the Holy Spirit:

1. He is our Advisor-Counselor ~ John 14:15-21

The Father sends the Holy Spirit to Counsel with Truth

“Another Counselor to be with you-the Spirit of truth”

Seek & stay in the Holy Spirit’s Wisdom

2. He is our Advocate-Comforter ~ John 14:23-27

The Father sends the Holy Spirit to Comfort with Presence

“We will come and make our home with them”

Seek & stay in the Holy Spirit’s Peace

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.” Romans 15:13
