The path of life – three life gains:

• Getting wisdom (4:1-9) – protection

Get wisdom, she will protect you

Take hold of my words, and you will live

 

• Guided by wisdom (4:10-19) – pathway

She will guide you in the way of wisdom

Hold on to instruction, for it is your life

 

• Guarded by wisdom (4:20-27) – perseverance

She will guard your heart

Keep my words in your heart; from it flow springs of life
