From Stable to the Table – Luke 22:7-20

Jesus and His apostles reclined at the table; He said to them,

I’ve eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer

 

Two Scenes of Sacrifice:

• Stable scene – Luke 2:4-7 & Matthew 2:11

She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger

Bethlehem – Cloth – Myrrh

 

• Table scene – Luke 22:14-20

And He took bread…and He took the cup

Bread – Cup – Memory

 

Peace with God leads to Life with God
