As dead flies give perfume a bad smell,

A little folly outweighs wisdom & honor

We overcome evil & foolishness by valuing wisdom.

Counsel of Wisdom – three words to the wise

• Wise walk – Eccl. 10:1-7

The heart of the wise inclines to the good as they walk

• Wise work – Eccl. 10:8-11

If the axe is dull more strength is needed

• Wise words – Eccl. 10:12-20

Words of the wise are gracious; a fool is consumed by their lips
