Deliverance & Restoration – God turns it around

Consider the miracles found in Luke where Jesus turns desperate situations around based on faith:

“The blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news is proclaimed to the poor.” Luke 7:22

“Answer Delayed” – Luke 8:49-56

“Don’t be afraid; just believe, and she will be healed”

Three Resolves:

1) Answer Delayed – 8:41, 49 – our resolve to wait

Don’t bother the teacher anymore

2) Answer Doubted – 8:50-52 – our resolve to walk

She is not dead but asleep

3) Answer Delivered – 8:53-56 – our resolve to worship
