Two Assurances of Hope:

• Promise of Abraham – faith & hope – Genesis 12:1-3

All the peoples on earth will be blessed through you.

Abraham believed in the promise of God – blessings realized

• Promise of David – hope & worship – 2 Samuel 7:11b-16

I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.

David rejoiced in the promise of a royal line – kingdom reign

Hope in Jesus – promises of God’s blessing & kingdom reign!
