Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit we are God’s children

Indwelling Spirit of Life leads to the intended spirit of fullness

Two pursuits of relationship

 Outcomes of being embraced into a new family:

  • Family Obligations (8:12-14) – pursue responsibilities

Those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God

  • Family Opportunities (8:15-17) – pursue privileges

We are heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ
