New creation leads to spirit fruit – righteous deeds

 

2. Confidence in Christ Crucified (6:14-15)

May I never boast except in the cross

New creation leads to salvation – resurrected life

 

3. Confidence in Conforming Grace (6:16-18)

Peace and mercy to all who follow this rule

New creation leads to spiritual blessing – riches of grace
