“Wonders of Light” John 1:4-12

Three Provisions of Light

1) Light for our path ~ John 1:4-5 – rescue

The light shines in the darkness

For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness & brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves – Colossians 1:13

2) Light for our proof ~ John 1:6-10 – truth

The true light was coming into the world

“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” – John 8:12

3) Light for our peace ~ John 1:12 – grace

To all who received he gave the right to become children of God 

Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts – Colossians 3:15

Wonders of His Love – the gift of Light leads us into PEACE
