The book club has chosen A Man Called Ove by Frederick Backman, for its next selection. “A beautiful story that is skillfully presented and eloquently narrated. The way this book is structured, in short chapters, makes it exceptionally easy to read.” ~Amazon. (As a side note to future readers, our book club feels the author uses some offensive language.) We will be meeting at the Lindstrom’s - all are welcome!

Join us for a powerful morning of learning, discussion, connection, inspiration, and a chance to minister to women coming from hard places. We are excited about the opportunity to host guest speaker Amanda Casey. Amanda Casey has jumped headlong into the fight against sex trafficking. On top of being a wife and mother of 3 daughters, she is a speaker, she has written a book on how to talk to children about trafficking and exploitation, she is an Outreach Coordinator with Source, and she volunteers as the Chapters Team Lead with Trafficking Justice. Her insight into the world of trafficking and exploitation comes not only her professional roles but also her unique experiences. All of these factors give her a fresh and powerful perspective on the reality of trafficking and how to combat it. Saturday, March 17, 2018 10am Living Waters Church *Lunch will be provided* **There is no cost to the event, but we will be asking for donations towards gift bags to be distributed through “Beautiful and Loved” to women involved in the Adult Industry**

We all face difficulties, and sometimes have feelings of regret, dissatisfaction, disappointment and discouragement. “These difficulties in life aren't evidence of God's inattention. In fact, they are signs of His grace, love, and faithfulness. God will take us where we don't want to go to produce in us what we couldn't achieve on our own. It's called uncomfortable grace.” Paul Tripp. God in His wisdom, love and grace will remind us of our need for Him, and that our true identity, purpose and joy are only found in Christ Jesus. “Lost in the Middle" by Paul Tripp shines the light of Scripture on life between salvation and going home to be with the Lord. God’s word helps us take an honest look at what is going on in our hearts. He equips us, so that we can face the struggles of living in a fallen world with humility and godliness. We can move forward with anticipation, confidence and hope because God is good, He is near, and He has promised to complete the work He began in us. Meeting Wednesday mornings 9:30-11:30 at the Ministry Center, March 28th – April 25th. Contact Jody Wilde for more information.
